These terms cover your use of the SecureScan app, published by MAHDI FOR PROGRAMMING AND INVESTMENT, Sultanate of Oman ("we"). If you downloaded SecureScan from Apple's App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and these terms add to it. If you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
SecureScan gives an opinion on whether a link or file is likely to be dangerous, using on-device checks and outside reputation services. No checker catches everything: a link rated safe can still be harmful, and a link can be flagged by mistake. When SecureScan cannot decide, it says so. Use your own judgement, and never enter passwords or payment details on a site you do not trust.
Only link a phone you are responsible for, such as your child's phone. Do not use Family to monitor another adult. The supervised phone shows that it is supervised, and either phone can unlink at any time. See the Privacy Policy for what is shared.
Do not use SecureScan to attack, overload or probe systems, or to break the law. We may limit requests that look automated or abusive.
SecureScan is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss caused by a link or file that SecureScan did not flag, or by relying on a verdict. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions: ahmdberro50@gmail.com
